Carine Biwer has been working at the Institute of Epidemiology, Biostatistics and Prevention at the University of Zurich since 2021, operating at the intersection of administration, research, client services, and healthcare. In her role, she has been involved in a wide range of projects - including in the areas of the vaccination and reference center during the COVID-19 pandemic, study coordination, and sexual health. She coordinated clinical studies such as the PYCNOVID study and supported the establishment of the sexual health clinic at the Medical Center at Central, where she also provides care for study participants and clients. At the Population Research Center, she is additionally responsible for the Research Office.
